Edwin and Nelly have been ordained as pastors. Both have proven to be exceptional mentors and leaders. Edwin is a dedicated person with a genuine heart for helping others. He has been faithful in leading a home church, teaching and guiding individuals in the ways of God. His passion and commitment aid in transforming the heart of those around him.

Pastor Edwin Medina is a man on a mission. He has set out to better prepare himself to serve the calling and vocation of his life. To that end, he has acquired the skills necessary to carry out the ministry God has appointed for him.

Edwin was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. At the age of 22, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and proudly served 5 years as a military policemen. He now wants to use his gifts and talents to help others come to know Jesus Christ as their personal savior. For more than 20 years, he has served the community in public service, providing protective services for federal and church establishments, as well as community members.

Edwin is a kind and gentle man with a big heart. His determination to reach out to others has driven him to specialize in a wide array of services. He is certified as a Public Notary and Wedding Officiant. Edwin also provides pastoral care and in home visitations, as well as drug and alcohol individual and group support.

Nelly E. Medina PhD, LCC is a Christian Licensed Counselor and Founder who is well qualified for her position and has proven herself as a compassionate individual who is devoted to assisting others. Nelly was born and raised in Ecuador, but spent most of her adult life in Boston, Massachusetts. After working as a mental health counselor for many years, she decided to start her own practice so she could better serve the Hispanic community. Nelly's passion is helping people find healing and hope in their lives. After working for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for 15 years, she decided to retire and dedicate her time to her family. She worked as a Provider Service Specialist, Training Coordinator, Educator, and Licensing Procedures and Inspection for Day Care Centers and Family Providers. In this role, she educated teachers on how to interact with special needs children as well as child growth and development. Nelly Ramos is a highly educated and experienced counselor. She has specifically trained teachers on nutrition, children with behavior issues, health issues, and autism. Nelly moved to Orlando, Florida in 2008. She studied at Florida Christian University and received her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Counseling.

She loves spending time with her family and friends, reading books, going to the beach, swimming, dancing, and watching movies. Nelly is a friendly person who wants to help others achieve their goals and be the best that they can be.

Nelly started her Master’s degree program with a practicum/internship requirement of 900 hours. She chose to do her internship at a local pregnancy center and quickly grew fond of the facility, the counselors, and most importantly, the patients. After completing her 900 hours, she continued to volunteer for four more years. Nelly found her true calling when she became a counselor. It was a rewarding experience for her because she felt she could be part of the solution to a problem. Since then, Nelly loves seeing people transform, gain confidence and obtain freedom. She believes it is a way to represent God in a new level of her Christian walk.

Nelly is currently a professor at Florida Christian University and teaches subjects on Theology, Administration, and Counseling. She also provides seminars and conferences about self-esteem issues, weight loss and nutrition, domestic violence, and human trafficking.
